During your active subscription period you can:

Unrestricted full download to all template files for your subscription choice (e.g., strategic planning or sales & marketing, or all). As new templates are added, you will also be able to download them. Templates can be used or modified as your own.

Unrestricted to access to collaboration, creativity, and project management tools. In addition, you can ask our experts questions or request insights and coaching help via the online interface.
For Help:
If you need help and coaching, our world class experts are available to answer questions and provide guidance.

While you can create groups and invite others to join and participate in your group collaboration activities, your individual membership is for your personal use only. Therefore, Sharing your user ID and password for others to use our products and services is strictly prohibited.
Once subscribed, you have the service for a minimum of 3 months. Not renewing at the end of your quarterly subscription period automatically unsubscribes you from the service.
Access
Immediately after payment, you can login with your self determined user ID and password and use the system.
Contact us either by email, online chat, or phone and we will quickly get you up and running.
The memberships are quarterly subscription based. You must renew at the end of each quarterly period for your subscription and access to remain active.
Subscription membership is individual, so your membership follows you. Please make sure to keep your contact information current.
Free vs. Paid and Enterprise Users vs. Single User.
Free registrants:
1. Cannot access full unrestricted templates. Can only access template preview versions.
2. Cannot create groups. As a way to test drive the system, they are automatically members of the DEMO group - Strategic Planning Task Force. There, they can see all the features and functions in action.
3. Can belong to unlimited groups that are setup by paid "tools included" subscribers.
4. Cannot request help and coaching from our experts.
Templates only paid members:
1. Can access the full unrestricted templates for the membership purchased,
2. Can only use the tools and groups creation system similar to a free registrant.
Enterprise users are companies that buy bulk subscription membership for 5 or more users. The type of membership allocated to each user is for all templates and all tools unrestricted access. Enterprise users must login to the enterprise version of the website.
